Do I need an account on Yooto to place an order?

You don’t have to be a registered user to make purchases from Yooto.online, but we recommend having an account so that you can add your favorite products to your Wish List, track availability of items and stay updated on the best deals and promotions.

 

I forgot my password

No worries! Just click 'Forgot your password?’ on the Account sign-in bar and insert your email address. We will send an email with a link to reset your password.

 

How can I learn about upcoming sales and new arrivals?

Get updates on new arrivals, best deals and promotions by subscribing to our mailing list at the bottom of our Homepage.

 

How do I place an order on your site?

Online shopping is very easy with Yooto. After choosing your favorite item, select the size, color (if applicable) and click “Add to Cart”, then go to Your Bag (in the top right corner) and click “Proceed to Checkout” .

Here you will have an option to "Sign in" with your credentials or continue as a “Guest" by just filling out the email address field.

The next step is providing a delivery address and payment information. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and your package will be on its way! 

 

Where can I find size & fit recommendations?

There is a ‘Size Guide’ link on each product’s page (where applicable) to showcase the size conversion chart.

 

How can I return my order or get a refund?

Please refer to the Refund Policy page for all necessary information concerning returns and refunds.

 

What are the shipping and time costs?

- Complimentary ground shipping delivers within 1 to 7 business days.

- You can also collect your parcel in-store within 1 to 7 business days.

- Next-day and Express delivery options are also available upon request.

- Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items.

What payment methods can I use?

Yooto accepts the following payment methods:

- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total amount will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

In addition, Yooto.Online features a Fast Checkout option, which allows you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.

 

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
